Detonate about 2 weeks ago and gave it a go. I tend to take it in the morning or in the afternoon when I'm dragging a bit. I started out with 2 capsules, I can handle stimulants pretty well so that why I decided to go ahead with 2. This product isn't like a "normal" fat burner/thermogenic. It taps into more of a mental focus/smooth energy category. It's great for people who don't want an energy supplement or fat burner with a synephrine in it,that can make heart beat really fast and give you the shakes.
