This last weekend, I got to attend the Texas Crossfit Shootout in Houston. It was a competition that consisted of 40 teams, women and men. There was also an expo going on while the competition was underway. The setup was outside a nutrition Depot. It was huge, and also almost 90 degrees outside, that's what I'm talking about for November! Didn't get to compete since it was a team competition, but it's always fun to watch new people compete. I spent most of the day at the Gaspari booth, sampling,and talking to people. It's so cool to see, what you would call two different worlds, come together. Here is a couple pictures from the event.
