Short update

Hey guys- I just wanted to stop in and leave a short note. I have been busy the past few weeks preparing with a friend/client/athlete. He just competed this weekend for Nationals in Atlanta. It was a good weekend for us and we made some great progress. Due to that preparation time and travels, I have been a bit scattered. I will check back with you all this week and give you some more updates. Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. Now time to snuggle with my little one and catch up with my wife. Talk with ya in a few....
