Well as I mentioned in my previous blog, I just returned from Nationals in Atlanta. I was there to prep and support a client/friend, Tim Liggins, who was competing in the show. I am happy to report that Tim brought his best package since competing on a national level. Tim not only did great this past weekend, but he came back stronger than ever, even after a 3 year break. We are very excited about his look and what's to come from him in the future.
Ironically, I met Tim when I first started bodybuilding and always admired his physique. He was on his way to a promising career, but life threw him some curve balls. We can all appreciate that on some level, right! But kudos to him- he asked me for some help. We started in May of last year, along with the help of Gaspari Nutrition Products and Y3T program, we slowly broke his body down. It has been an exciting journey, for both of us really. As you can see, amazing results were achieved! Now we have set him up to make a legitimate run at the pro card next year. Never settle for a little, always give 210%- regardless of the odds against you.
