Happy Thanksgiving

Whats Up everyone, sitting in my office on this blessed sunny Thanksgiving afternoon thinking to myself I have so much to be thankful for! This will be my little princess Jade's first Thanksgiving. Jade has been a true blessing. She is healthy and happy (unless she's hungry). Time passes so fast just a few months ago my wife and I were arguing about boy and girl names. Now my Jade is 2 months old and growing like a weed. I realize I must cherish every moment because it fly's by so fast. Then I realized the same is with anything you truly cherish in life. I will change as many diapers as possible, get up for those 5 am feedings, do those 48 reps on the leg press, eat that 4th chicken meal I really don't want to eat and even cherish the time I have to spend on the stepmill. It's all about living in each and every moment PEOPLE
