Bringing in new along with a side of balance
With 2013 right around the corner, I just wanted to give you guys a quick update. I have about 10 more weeks of off season before I start dieting for my pro debut- The Toronto Pro. I spoke with Neil
last week and asked him what his biggest goal for me was. His response - shredded! He went on to say that he did not want my body fat levels to exceed what they currently are or I will have to start dieting in 6 weeks, followed by calling me "fatty". Lol! But he is pleased on the improvements made so far and so am I.
The goal is to finish the last weeks of off season strong and roll right into prep guns blazing. My current weight in the morning is 271-272 and before bed 273.8-274.6. I have gained approximately 12-15 lbs since last years off season and this has been my best off season to date. I will bring the best package to date come next May. I am very excited to get back on stage and looking forward to prep.
On a side note - one might ask what has been the main difference in my off season this year? The answer is BALANCE. Bodybuilding, work, being a good husband and father, I've learn to juggle everything evenly. Shout out to my coach Neil Hill for always showing me the way.
