Hey everyone I'm out here in Las Vegas filming the The Ultimate Fighter 19. I'm having a lot of fun coaching these guys, they are all working hard and improving everyday. I used my coaches that I work with on a daily basis to be my assistance. i cant really talk too much about the show but it is a lot of work, I'm busy all day long so the weeks are flying by. I brought my family with me to keep me company, i couldn't be away from them for the time I'm out here. While I am filming my wife and kids have been enjoying Vegas going to the Mandalay Bay Aquarium and getting gondola rides at the Venetian. At least someone gets to have fun. In between running sessions for the show I am sure to get my own training in as well. I probably wont be fighting until the summer due to having to wait until the show completes airing. So i am using this time wisely to make sure I'm improving my skills every chance i get. Having this much time before i fight I'm also concentrating on strength training a little more than usual. being able to hit the weights more you better believe I'm on top of taking my Gaspari Nutrition combat sports supplements
. I have been taking a MyoFusion protein shake
in the morning, usually the vanilla ice cream with banana, peanut butter, and oatmeal and it taste amazing. After my work outs I'm sure to get some Aminolast
in me right away. The supplements have been keeping me fueled for sure. Good catching up, off to the gym i go.
