Whats up my people? Hope all is well im just plugging along training and helping my teammates get ready for some big fights. Alot of our guys are fighting in the upcoming weeks starting off this weekend in Virginia with Kris Mcray i will be down there cornering him. Helping my teammates makes me stay fresh and focused in the gym. I believe running workouts and teaching teammates definitely makes me pay more attention to details in techniques and drills. When your the guy in the middle of the training getting ready for a fight you can lose sight on some smaller details that can make a big difference in your game. So taking a step back at times you can see the bigger picture. I do enjoy running training sessions for my teammates, i look forward to the time I have my own gym and can lead the team on a regular basis....... All in due time.
