Whats up all! Havent posted anything since before my fight, and even though the outcome wasn't what i wanted i was proud of my performance. I came into the fight in tremendous shape and was completely ready for all situations that arose in the fight. I must thank my team for making me prepared fight in and fight out. I say this all the time but it is the truth, i am always game come fight time because of my coaches and teammates there is never a situation that im not ready or prepared for. Huge thanks to Mark Henry, Ricardo Almeida, Chris Liguori,Renzo Gracie, John Danaher, Anderson Franca, Phil Nurse, Cyrus Washington, Brian Blue, Steve Rivera, Dave Esposito, RU wrestling, Eddie Alvarez, Edson Barboza, Marlon Moreas, Ali Abdelaziz, Akira Corassani ect. Day in and day out these guys have all helped me realize my goals and pushed me to pursue them. Although i did not will the title this time around i am still on a quest to be a world champion.
