Back in the Win Column
Whats up everybody this is my first post since my last fight about two weeks ago and man does it feel good to get back in the win column. I needed this one badly especially coming off three straight losses that were so close. It was a tough stretch for sure, dealing with the disappointment of losing a close fight is hard enough never mind three in a row. I always tried to stay positive through out it all but it wasn't easy being in a sport where your only as good as your last fight. I felt i was in a position where i was in a must win situation. So getting this last one felt great, i really wanted to finish my opponent and i felt i was close to doing so but he showed some toughness. I thought i was close to having him out in the third but I couldn't get that finishing blow. Hats off to my opponent Charles Oliveria he was a very game dude and came to fight. The last two weeks I have been enjoying my family and getting some workouts in. By the end of my training camp i'm usually tired of training but a week after my fight i cant wait to get back into the gym, funny how that works.
