Magic pill the answer??
10/29/2012

Im so annoyed with hearing women and men that are overweight (to put it nice) say that they need to lose weight blah blah blah... And instead of changing the habits that got you fat and going to gym and incorporating some exercise and/or cardio....their answer is to go to a "fat doctor" and get prescribed phentermine. So starving themselves is the answer, that sounds

healthy to you? Being what I call "skinny fat" is nasty ladies. your body is consuming what muscle you do have and leaving the fat because your not eating. why would you want to be skinny and be soft and jiggly???

They say that they tried but the weight doesnt come off fast enough. Really? Did you get fat overnight? No, you got fat after weeks and months of eating trash, drinking cokes, eating candy, drinking beer every chance you get. Why would you expect to drop the weight in a week? It takes time!!!! But we live in a society that wants instant results and taking a magic pill seems like the answer. i have news for you, since you chose to not change the lifestyle that got you fat, when you come off the "magic pill" cuz you know you cant take it forever, those bad habits you chose to ignore will still be there and guess what?? your gonna get fat again!

So why not just do it the healthy way? go to gym at least 3 days a week and stick to foods that are (as i say) Lean, Green, and Marine (marine meaning fish etc) no fast food, nothing out of a box, nothing that does not bio-degrade. its really easy and you will be amazed at how your health will improve! Gaspari has a great product that will tremendously help with this in conjunction with the above reccomendations and its the All New Detonate. Changing the game for thermogenics in the future!
