Managing your time
Im sure you guys are as busy as I am throughout the week and your time is valuable. Afterall with work, running the ABLE Foundation, getting my daughter to and from school, doing homework, I still have to find time to train and get all my meals cooked and weighed out. I spend most of my sunday afternoon cooking all the food my wife and I will need for the week or at least the next 3-4 days. If you try to cook your food daily you will find yourself tired and not in the mood to do it. Then what happens? You will either skip a meal or eat food you shouldnt eat. So be disciplined and cook your food in bulk and get it ready for the upcoming week! And invest in a lot of tupperware lol!
