Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Balls

Sweetness is my weakness, however this new recipe adds together all the things I love, protein, coconut, and chocolate! These Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Balls is a no bake recipe perfect for those on a paleo diet and is also gluten free. These rich cookie dough balls will make you feel like you are sneaking some cookie dough from your grandmothers recipe! They passed the test here in our house to the point my boyfriend didn't even know it had MyoFusion Elite Protein powder in it and that it was gluten free.

Prep-Time: 5 Minutes

Servings: 12 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Almond Meal

  • 1 Scoop MyoFusion Elite Protein - Peanut Butter Cookie Dough

  • 1/4 Cup Raw Honey

  • 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

  • 1 tbsp coconut creamer or coconut milk

  • 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

  • 1/4 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips (over 60% cocoa)

  • Dark Chocolate Powder & Shredded Coconut

Instructions:

  • Combine all the ingredients and mix with a spoon

  • Roll into even sized balls

  • Place balls in small dish with coco powder or shredded coconut (or both!) and coat the ball

  • Place on wax or parchment paper and keep refrigerator until ready to eat
