Preparing for tournament

After 2 months of seminar in United States and Europe, I came back to my academy at Northridge ca and had a last minute decision and signed up for No Gi Worlds
I was 205 lbs and i need to be 185 in 2 weeks! Good thing for me I used Gaspari Detonate to lose some weight and I had only train for the competition for 2 weeks, and used Aminolast to help me maintain muscle.
I performed at my best that day and took second place, going against one of the best in No Gi Competitor in the world.
