No time for rest

After winning this weekend the actual Medium Weight World Champion Otavio Sousa and the multiple times World Champion Andre Galvao I will keep training hard. The year is almost done but not for me. My next competition is around the corner I will be in Europe, January 24th for the European Championship.
I am really thankful to be part of Gaspari Nutrition Team and their
products are the BEST. They really help me to recover fast for the next battle.
