IBJJF European Championships
I'm really looking forward to competing in the IBJJF European Championships next weekend! This week is the last week of hard training that I will do before the tournament. And I have to say, my Gaspari supplements have been a savior! During peak training, I usually train at least three times per day. This includes conditioning, weight lifting, and BJJ training.
