Train Hard, Eat Healthy
Eating properly while training is essential for your body to sustain vigorous workouts. You must get the appropriate amount of calories per day, and want to avoid starving your body to lose weight. Your body needs fuel. Period. If you skip meals your body goes into survival mode, and will attack your muscles, and store the fat. The best way to cut fat, lose weight, is by eating smaller portioned meals, 6-8 a day or every two hours! Remember to eat clean and stick to lean foods!
