Breakfast On the GO
Everyone has a busy life, and getting up in the morning is difficult enough! Breakfast is so important to fuel your body, and I found that making breakfast and eating it on the go can alleviate your busy schedule. My favorite breakfast to make, which should only take a few minutes is an apple oatmeal pancake. I use a cup of non-flavored oatmeal, 1/4 diced apple, dash of cinnamon and sugar, and 3 egg whites. Mix this in a bowl, use a small pan with coconut oil to give flavor, and you get a yummy pancake! Healthy and quick!
