Traveling is great. But being on the road for a month is difficult on your diet. If you know that you are taking in more sodium which is found in most foods, be sure to keep hydrated. Drink water! LOTS OF WATER! Keep flushing the sodium out. Water is also a great way to suppress your appetite, making you portion your meals better. DRINK DRINK DRINK! This saved my life while I traveled from Atlanta, to Tampa, then to California! Make sure you stay very hydrated before you fly as well, so that you recover quickly after sitting for hours, and you won't feel as groggy especially if you have events, or tournaments soon after you land!
