Just want to share one of my favorite back workouts for you guys. Give it a try! The result and pump is tremendous!
Warm up really well....
Close grip pulldowns (Do not put your legs under the pad, go the opposite way)- 5x12-15 reps SQUEEZE THAT BACK EVERY REP!
Smith Machine Barbell Rows- First set 20 reps. Your next 4 sets will be 15-12-10-10 and a dropset during last set.
One arm barbell rows (Meadows rows) I do these on the tbar row in corner- 4x 12 reps.

Stiff arm pulldowns- 4x20
Deadlifts- 4x10,15,12,10
ENJOY!!! Sip on glycofuse and aminolast as you train because this is a tough workout.
