10min pre workout- 50g glycofuse with 10g aminolast
As you train sip on 25g glycofuse with 10g aminolast
Warm up your joints well...
Preacher cable curls super-set with rope push downs- 6x20 reps a set. 40sec rest in between each set
E-z curl bar curls supper-set with skull crushers- 5x15 40 sec rest in between each set
Finish off with dumbbell hammer curls super-set with dumbbell kickbacks for 3x12-15
