Marzia I am training for my first NPC show in July & loved your statement, "If you fail to plan then you plan to fail." There are days with the diet and training level that I question if I have the discipline to fulfill this commitment. However, I will use that statement as my mantra! Thank you and please keep providing advice on nutrition and training.
