Demonstrate Deliberate Control
If you live in the free world, you have control of what goes into your mouth. The 21st century loves to celebrate the Laws of Attraction, well what about
the Laws of Deliberate Actions as demonstrations of what you seek to attract?
Let everything that goes into your mouth be a statement to the universe, declaring loud and clear what your goals are. Food intake doesn’t have to be complicated,
in fact, for most people the simpler the better.
The point is to try and visit your goal, and work backwards through deliberate choices. Don’t let eating be something that happens by some scripted or habitual behavior,
become an active participant in your food intake, because it is sustaining your life force. It can either elevate, or destroy it!
