Dear Family & Friends,
Before I share my feelings & thoughts with you this Thanksgiving, I want to wish each & every one of you & all your loved ones a Happy, Healthy & Blessed Thanksgiving. I truly appreciate having you share in my life & in my journey.
It has been 18 years since the day I lost my Mom. I can’t believe it has been 18 years because to me it truly feels like a lot less time has passed than that. The memory of my mom always intensifies during the holidays since she always went above & beyond to make the holidays so special for me, my younger brother Rich, my dad & for the rest of our family & friends. I think this year this is especially true since in a couple of days, I will be a mom myself for the very first time-just WOW! There were many, many times throughout my pregnancy that I thought of my mom, thought of how truly amazing she was as a mother & how I just wished that she was still here with me sharing in my beautiful pregnancy.
I am just so grateful that I did have the treasured time that I did with both my mom & dad. They were just incredible parents-so loving, so nurturing, so supportive & just great examples of what parents should be. I am also so grateful to both of them for giving me life, for bringing me into this world & for making me the person that I am today. I continually strive to live my life to the fullest to make them proud as they watch over me as my angels. I will also strive to be an incredible parent to our first baby girl starting the very first day-on her birthday, which is just a couple of days away.
I am just filled with so much love, so many positive emotions & so much gratefulness this Thanksgiving. I truly do have so much to be #THANKFUL for & I truly feel so #BLESSED. I am thankful for my incredible & loving husband Troy, our precious angel who we will soon get to meet, hold & love, all of my loving & supportive family & friends, my health & so very thankful for such a beautiful & blessed pregnancy. I have enjoyed every minute of the past 40-weeks of my pregnancy. I will be induced this Saturday Nov. 24th, 2012 at 41-weeks since our precious angel is quite cozy & comfy in the womb. Thank you all for your continued love & support throughout my whole pregnancy. You have all have contributed in making the whole pregnancy that much more special to me-THANK YOU!
I once again want to wish you all a Happy, Healthy & Blessed Thanksgiving. Enjoy the day with your loved ones and reflect on what & whom you are thankful for. Much Love & many blessings!
