I hope you all are doing well! Last week, I took a week off from the gym. Instead, I flew to NY & enjoyed a fabulous week filled with barbecues, parties, delicious food and great times with family and friends. Well, I am back home in Cali now and it is time to get back in the grind. What better way to do that than hit the gym first thing in the morning?! This morning I banged out back and it felt #AWESOME getting back into the gym after a week off!
Today’s BACK workout:
- Warm-up with active stretches
- Close grip pulldowns-one warm-up set followed by 1x20, 2x15
- Seated rows-2x20, 2x18
- Wide-grip lat pulldwons-3x15
- Barbell rows-3x20
- DB Pullovers 3x20
- Finished off with 20 min of HIIT cardio!
