Here is a quick & yummy recipe for you!
-1 scoop of Gaspari Nutrition MyoFusion Probiotic Protein- Cinnamon Roll Flavor-
-5 egg whites
-¼ cup oats
-Ground cinnamon spice
-Truvia or sweetener of your choice
-1 tbspn raw almond butter
-Blend Myofusion protein powder, egg whites and oats in a bowl
-Lightly spray a skillet with your choice of fat free canola or olive oil spray and then place on stove-medium heat
-Pour the blended protein powder, egg whites & oats into the skillet
-After about 2 minutes flip pancake over, repeat (typically 3-4 times)
until the pancake is gently brown or done to your liking
-Remove from heat & place pancake on plate. Next, smear raw almond butter on pancake and then sprinkle with ground cinnamon spice and truvia on top
