Gaspari Nutrition

Krissy Chin

Hi Family & friends:)!

It has been way too long! Where has the time gone?! I hope each & every one of you have been doing GREAT!

I wanted to share my Instagram/Facebook post from this morning to start my blog:

#mondaymotivation I started competing in 2003 & it has been the most amazing journey. Working hard each & every day getting my body back now post-baby London. We all have our own journey, we all work hard, let's all reach our goals!

As many of you know, I gave birth to my 1st baby-London MeiLan on Nov. 26, 2012. I decided to really shift all my focus, love & time to nurture, provide & just love on her these past 16 months. I know how truly significant that first year of life is for a baby so I wanted to make sure that I did everything possible to give London my 200%! Now that she is 16 months, I have decided to get balance back into my life. I am now back to training consistently, working, representing Team Gaspari & being a full time Mom-which is a true blessing! Over the past month, it has felt AMAZING being back in the gym on a regular basis, doing appearances for Gaspari, working with my clients and just getting back into the swing of things.

My journey continues and I plan on sharing it with you. I am excited for what blessings 2014 has in store!

Thank you all for all your love & support! I truly appreciate it!!! <3!
