It was my first time to visit U.K. and as I expected I had a great time there even though I didn't do too well in the show. I did of course 100% my best prepping for this show however I have to admit my body did not respond as its supposed to...just a week before British GP, I was up on Europe Arnold classic stage to present dry shredded condition. I was hoping my body could handle this brutal traveling and dieting for another week but it did not happen.
After all, I still managed to finish 8th place in strong line up.
I started holding bit of water under my skin...
