This is how I do it at 7weeks out point,
5am, take 1 or 2 pills of Detonate with plenty of water.
5:30am, start cardio usually on crosstrainer for 30min.
9pm, start 2nd session cardio usually on high incline treadmill for 40min
I reccomend to take 1 pill of Detonate for most of people. I sometimes go up to 2pills when I feel really exhausted.
