It's been almost 3months since surgery, 5months since I got this injury...I finally start doing some easy free weight exercise!
The strength of my left grip is getting better each day.
I can perform most of the machines now, plus I do some wrist curl while I'm in home.
Besides focusing on rehab, I'm still traveling a lot which is almost every week.
