Hey guys and girls! Thanks for coming out this past weekend to LA. Big thanks to LA Urban Fitness, the famous Gold's Gym, and Nutripro for having me. Amazing job to all the contestants who kicked ass at the super pump contest. You guys made me tired watching you lol...also much love to the police officers who let me play with their cop car ..and congrats to Krissy and Troy on their new up and coming member hehehe luv u guys xxx
