Favorite Butt Workout

Yes its that time again, where we are all thinking of our new years resolutions. Most people find it a good motivation to start getting into shape. This is one of my favorite butt work outs. Try it out!

Bridge Lift (instant butt lift)

(glut maximus, medius, and minimus, and hamstrings)

1. Lie faceup on floor with knees bent, feet flexed with heels on floor and arms by sides; step heels out so legs are slightly wider than shoulder-width.

2. Lift hips so body forms a line from rib cage to knees (bra line stays on floor). Lower.

3. With hips lifted, sway hips from left to right as you squeeze glutes. Do 20 reps, alternating sides.

With hips lifted, do 20 pulses.

You can also do this without swaying. Lift hips up and squeeze. For those of you who are advanced put a weight plate on your stomach. And you can also try one legged hip bridges. Lift hips up and squeeze with one foot on the ground. Enjoy!:)
