Being Happy by Putting Yourself First
Stress can play a major role in affecting our health. Our lives can become extremely hectic, leaving the most important person out of the equation, YOU. We always believe that we should do things for others, and that is true to an extent. But what about YOU? What have you done for yourself today? Or even this past week? Or month? Are you striving to be the best you can be? Are you maximizing your full potential of who you want to be? What are you contributing to yourself and in this lifetime in becoming your highest self? Are you allowing yourself to really live? Are you taking care of yourself mentally, physically and spiritually? Are you creating yourself with constant growth and expression? Are you overcoming your fears? Are you keeping only positive or influential individuals around you? Do you show gratefulness for all that you have and are? What is your self-worth today? Most of all, are you HAPPY? And I mean truly and knowingly happy?
