Fat vs. Muscle
Hey guys !!!! Great article on any misconceptions about muscle and fat:)
Also a side note. Don't always look at your scale! For example, I look my best when I am 128 lbs. I am 5'6 on average 120 lbs. When I stop working out for 2 weeks or so I usually drop to 115. When I get back into the groove I aim for 128 lbs. I build my legs and butt up. :) It's how you feel and look, I rarely look at the scale to see my progression.
