UFC 152 training update

So far training has gone better than anticipated. My shoulder has gotten better each week despite training so hard. I have a lot of great guys around me Doug Lima, Dhiego Lima, Roan Carneiro, Warren Thompson, Manu Ntoh, Raphael Assuncao, & more.
