UFC 152 training update
So far training has gone better than anticipated. My shoulder has gotten better each week despite training so hard. I have a lot of great guys around me Doug Lima, Dhiego Lima, Roan Carneiro, Warren Thompson, Manu Ntoh, Raphael Assuncao, & more. Soon Raymond Jordan, Tom Watson, and Jake Murphy will be here helping me train as well. My weight is good and I am already below 210lbs which is great. I am using Myofusion
with fruit, Kefir, and Aminolast
before training. Immediately after training I take Size On
to replace my glycogen. Anavite twice a day as always so I get the full benefit of the Beta Alanine. I am feeling great and very excited for this fight. There is a lot on the line this fight and I live for these situations. This will be my most diligently planned training camp yet. I will keep posting training pics on FB & Twitter so everyone can follow.
