Training Update UFC152
09/04/2012
Training is going great thus far and my house is full of fighters. All American Wrestler Raymond Jordan, World Champ Tom Watson, Coach Mike Valle, and all of my Atlanta crew have been going strong for weeks now. I am stronger and faster this camp due to a more detailed and integrated Strength & Conditioning program and supplement plan.
Aminolast has had a huge impact on my training. Normally I train at 1030am, 2pm, and 5pm. This leaves little time in between sessions putting a huge demand on my diet & supplements to aid in my recovery. Aminolast before & after my morning session, then before each additional workout. While hitting pads I will actually mix Aminolast in my water for between rounds since the workout is so demanding.
Similar to my last camp I have placed a huge emphasis on technique and drilling. I find that many fighters rush to get their rounds in and do not spend enough time drilling technique. I am growing technically in every area and with the addition of Raymond my wrestling is improving rapidly. I am excited to showcase all my skills in a few weeks, all the best everyone.
