Glycofuse is a Serious Homerun!
Well I am two weeks into my UFC on Fuel 8 camp where I will be the main event vs Wanderlei Silva. I have used supplements my entire career and have tried numerous "post workout" shakes. Whey, waximaize, and many more, none have truly been able to help me recover & refuel for multiple intense workouts. Glycofuse
does! I have put it to a serious test recently. Today I sparred nine rounds (Aminolast
pre workout) that included 6 kickboxing rds and 3 MMA sparring rds. I took 2 scoops of Glycofuse and had 3 hours before strength & conditioning. I ate salmon, greens, and a baked potatoe for lunch and Aminolast before lifting. My strength & conditioning lasted 1.5 hrs and was intense: verta max jumps, heavy squats, pull ups, med ball throws, cardio circuit etc. I then took 2 more scoops of Glycofuse and had Jiu Jitsu training one hour later. 3 sessions, all intense, all quality sessions in which I performed and executed rather than survived. Big props to Dan Pierce and the boys at Gaspari because this product is excellent for us serious athletes. I wish I could have had Glycofuse for my Marines in Iraq. It kills me how much our service men & women have to rely on water mostly due to the miseducation of the military on supplements. Training is going very well and I will be the best, most complete fighter come March 2 in Tokyo!
