Consistency is KEY
I truly believe consistency is the key to your success. With consistency comes measureability and accountability. You won't know for sure whether your new training program or meal plan is working in a matter of days. It takes weeks, maybe even months to accurately measure your results. And only with consistency can you be certain whether or not you are moving towards your end goal. By consistently working out three to five times a week, or preparing your meals ahead of time, you are taking responsibility of your own life. You are making yourself accountable. I've seen countless people blame their trainers, nutritionists, medication, etc. for inhibiting their goals. In the end, the only person that holds the key to your success is YOU, and your consistency. So stay CONSISTENT!
