Requests made outside of standard weekday business hours will be addressed as soon as possible.
Our shipper, UPS, cannot ship to any PO or APO addresses. Any orders placed with these addresses will not be accepted. All website orders can only be shipped within the United States.
GASPARI NUTRITION will accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from GASPARI NUTRITION (online or phone) only when the following conditions are satisfied:
Apparel: To be considered for reimbursement, apparel must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached to the item.
Accessories: To be considered for reimbursement, accessories must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached to the item in the original packaging.
Dietary Supplements: To be considered for reimbursement, dietary supplements must be unopened and in the original packaging.
Electronic media (DVDs, CDs, mp3, and other downloadable files): Owing to piracy issues, electronic media cannot be returned for reimbursement.
Printed products (books, calendars, posters, etc.): To be considered for reimbursement, all printed products and all other items must be unopened and in the original packaging.
Other items: All other items must be unopened and in the original packaging.
All items must be received by GASPARI NUTRITION within 30 days of purchase. In all cases refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
The original packing slip is required for reimbursement. Please note that we do not have the ability to trace your return. Please refer to your carrier of choice for their tracking services. For our convenience we provide you with the UPS customer service website, www.ups.com should you choose them as your carrier.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Please put the merchandise to be returned in the box in which it was received.
Include the original packing slip to ensure accurate processing for the item(s) being returned.
Write “RETURN” on the top of the packing slip and specify what items are to be returned.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE. WHEN YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND PROCESSED, WE WILL CREDIT THE CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT USED ON THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE RETURN, LESS UP TO A 15% RE-STOCKING FEE, SHIPPING AND HANDLING, AND ANY APPLICABLE TAXES.
Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory on all of our products, there’s a small chance that supply may not always keep up with demand. In this event you will receive an estimated time of availability and the choice of canceling, substituting, or reserving your order.
Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours on regular business days. Upon placing your order you will receive a receipt by email. If an email receipt is not received, contact Customer Service (732) 364-3777 for verification. Be advised that shipping delays sometimes occur with our carrier, and are therefore beyond our control. Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for delivery.
