FRIDAY 2:00pm – 10:00pm

SATURDAY 9:00am – 7:00

    I need to know on a fitness level, for someone whose overweight, what should be their focus besides nutrition? Should I be focusing on just cardio or should I incooperate an overall weights regimine at least 3x/wk? My interest is to lose 120lbs of which I’ve already lost 10 so far, & tone by body.
