In this Episode my weekly cut at my barber shop was filmed what Film crew Believe media didn’t know was the events that took place every time i have my hair done, seemly what was meant for B-Roll ended up becoming a episode! lol

Hi Flex, I am 21 years old never before competed but i am looking to compete early next year, i have trained for 5 years in bodybuilding. I was 18 stone 3 about 4 months ago at 5ft 9, i put on way too much bulk, but in 4 months i have got myself down to 16 stone and looking good, i am a extremely determined character and have probably had the same desires as you when you were my age , so strive and to be the best you can be! And someone like you becomes an idol in my eyes , Such as my ultimate idol (Arnold). I have met you before about a year ago in Body Fx, Runcorn, Cheshire UK. Were i also met rich Gaspari.
Anyway i hope you do get chance to read this , and one day i really hope i can be somewhere like you, and make a name for myself.
