I'm 27 years old, I haven't touched the weights since highschool. I have decided to apply for my local Police Service, so that meant getting in shape. I went and purchased Superpump 250 and Sizeon. Last night was my first work out with your supplements. All I can say is "Wow!" As an avid bodybuilder and nutrition guru, I am very particular about what I put into my body. I have been in this sport for a while and therefore I have tried many different supplements. Before I was a BSN user. They had good working products and a taste that matched. One of the trainers getting us ready for the competitions gave us some to try (SuperPump250, SizeON, and Myofusion). SuperPump had a better taste and not as grainy as the NoXplode is. Both products used was of the Grape flavor so it was easy to compare the two. SuperPump did give me a better edge then the NoXplode did. After prolonged usage of BSN's product it seemed like the effects lessened over time. I have been on SuperPump for a little over a year now and effects are just about the same as they was from day 1. Still get the 15 minute post ingestion bathroom break that I have become acquainted with. But overall it is a good pre-workout stimulant that doesn't lessen its effects over time. SizeOn compared to CellMass was about the same for me as far as effects go. Once again both flavors where Grape. The SizeOn did hold its sweetness till the last drink, where as with the CellMass would settle if not continually shaken, and leave you with a bitter, grainy powder to deal with on the last drink. Creatine products are good for support, but for myself I do not see improvements from its use. So the only thing I can really comment on is the taste. Myofusion has a superior taste (which is about the most important factor second only to true nutrition content) over BSN's Syntha-6. Both products used was Strawberry in flavor, and both had a pleasant taste, but found Myofusion had a flavor that left no true after taste and could be mixed as thin or thick as you like without having clumps from the shaker use. Myofusion has a higher Protein content then Syntha-6 and less fat and carbohydrates, which is a plus when you are in contest prep and in a low/no carb state. So far me on the products Gaspari ranked over my long time favorite BSN in pre-workout stimulant as well as protein drink.

I just wanted to tell you how awesome your products are and how well they work. I am currently 20 years old, male, and live in Lockport, New York. I have tried many companies supplements and through my last few years, have self taught a good amount of knowledge on working out and nutrition and supplementation. On May 12 & 13th, I attended the Shawn Ray Pro/Am Classic in Denver, Colorado where I got to meet Mr. Gaspari. I have idolized him since the 80's. I spoke with him and he convinced me to try the Superpump 250 and SizeOn and to drop the BSN products. I started them the next week.

Well since then, I competed on July 8th at the NPC Colorado State Championships. I took these supplements up to and the day of the contest. I won my Masters 35-40 division, I won the Novice Light Heavyweight Division and placed 5th in the Open Light Heavyweight Division. I used the SuperPump 250 30-40 minutes before I stepped on stage and the vascularity and energy was great. I used the SizeOn up to the cut off of liquids and came in full and hard.

When I played my last show this past November, I felt defeated. I should have been riding the high of a successful weekend of back to back live (great paying) gigs, but I wasn’t. First off let me thank you for being such a great and trust worthy company.

At the age of 19 I was 5'10" 225 lbs, I was extremely overweight. I was depressed, and disappointed how I'd let myself go. I played soccer at a competitive level, and my weight was killing me on the field. I went on a terrible diet, hardly eating. Losing 73lbs, I went down to 152. The problem was I lost all my energy, speed, and strength. I was now being pushed around on the field like never before.

My name is Steve Poynter, Im 30 years old from Richmond,Kentucky. I have gone from 130lbs in 2002 all the way up to 187lbs in March of 2008 and then cutting down to a ripped 157lbs in 12 weeks. I have been using your products for some time now. I have used the Super Pump 250, SizeOn and the ever so popular Novedex XT. I have used several of the andro's in the past and never did I get the gains like I have with the Novedex XT. I am up to around 230 pounds of natural gains at about 10% body fat. All of my friends think that I am on the juice but I keep explaining to them about your product and how you need to take it for a full two months to get the full potential out of the product.

I felt the need to write and thank you for developing SizeOn. I used it while training for the 2006 NPC Masters Nationals. I know the label says before, during and after training and at night before bed, but I am telling you it is the bomb when you are on low carbs and still trying to train heavy pre-contest.

I won the Masters Nationals for the 2nd time and at 45 years old put the best package on stage ever in over 30 shows in my 16 years of competing.

I have used Gaspari Nutrition products since y’all started and have preached about them to all who will listen. I absolutely love SizeOn. SizeOn is one of the very few supplements you can tell you are using from the first dosage. It's not a matter of waiting for a week or more to notice anything, its more like getting a shot of something that gives you insane pumps, strength, and energy in about 10 minutes or less.

I am a 29 year old car salesmen. In my before picture, I was depressed, drinking 5 or 6 nights a week, eating like a pig and working out sporadically. I decided to make a change in my habits, and started looking at getting some supplements.

I had used "cracked out" fat burners in the past, and they left me irritable, physically drained, and feeling like garbage. I lost as much muscle as I did fat, and my adrenal system was so shot that I couldn't wake up in the morning. I first looked into Gaspari products when I saw a magazine ad for Cytolean. A new gym, "Best Fitness", opened in my area, and I joined. I started taking Cytolean January 2nd which is when I took my before photo. From my first dose, I knew it was different than the things I had tried before. It killed my hunger completely, put a boost in my workout and left me feeling like myself.

After a quick 30 days, my clothes were fitting better, and I was down 13 lbs. I started taking Novedex XT at night with my IntraPro shake, and Size-On during my weight-lifting sessions. I assumed at this point as well that I would put on a couple pounds of fat, and figured I'd get back to focusing on fat burning April 1st. Well... I was simply ASTOUNDED when I dropped 10 more lbs. in the month of March while trying to GAIN weight! I have never used Gaspari Nutrition products in the past. I finally decided to give them a try. I purchased SizeON and SuperPump 250. My shipment came on a Friday so I went ahead and took the SizeON over the weekend and started SuperPump 250 on Monday with my workout. Let me say WOW!!!!!!!!!!

I have never (Let me stress NEVER!!!) had a pump like I did after taking SuperPump 250. When I was finished with my workout I felt like I had pumped iron for 5 days straight. I had more trouble taking off my shirt than I had in a long time weight lifting. My arms felt like telephone poles. When I got up the next morning I still felt the pump that I got the day before.

My name is Cavino Johnson and I am from Atlanta, GA. For a little over a year now, I have been competitively training in bodybuilding.

Nearly 4 1/2 years ago I was diagnosed with throat cancer, which could have taken away my voice box had I not gone through treatment. My name is Tisha Rodrigues, Fitness and Figure competitor, Fighter, Personal Trainer and SUPERMOM of three. I have always been a non believer when it comes to "Fat Burners". In fact, as a fitness columnist and trainer I always advised against them, when people ask me what to use or what works best. I have tried so many in the past to help rid me of the off season fluff...lol and none have worked. Until I tried something *NEW*. I actually decided to combine two products by Gaspari Nutrition together. I started taking Cytolean and Thermogenic Thyrotabs together before my weight training in the morning and my fight training at night and HELLO..What a change! Seriously, I wasn't dieting or doing anything different but trying these two new products and they honestly worked and within about a two week period.

I tend to carry my weight in the midsection and the combo of the Cytolean and Thermotabs melted the fat away to my previous contest shape abs...it was the weirdest thing, but it made me a believer again. Hi to Gaspari Nutrition, I just want to say to all involved in the creation of this supplement (SizeOn) that it is a really fantastic, and unbelievably good product - I am staggered at my progress in the gym. I was struggling to do 12 chinups with body weight, and my last workout had me almost 17 reps. Over 20 bodyweight dips, and I am now lifting virtually all of the stack of weights on the seated cable row. If I was told that I would be able to do that some time ago, I would have never believed it. But here I am experiencing this amazing strength. I am still staggered by this product - I have used creatine, and other creatine pre-prepared mixes with special mixtures, but all weights and strength using your product has gone up by an amazing degree.
