As an avid bodybuilder and nutrition guru, I am very particular about what I put into my body. I have been in this sport for a while and therefore I have tried many different supplements. Most of my younger life, I was lean and fit. I was in my prime while serving in the Marine Corps. Once my term was up, it was all down hill. I went from an active 175lbs to a 285lbs. loaf. When I played my last show this past November, I felt defeated. I should have been riding the high of a successful weekend of back to back live (great paying) gigs, but I wasn’t. I just wanted to take some time to tell you that I love your products. I am currently using your IntraPro protein, PlasmaJet, and SizeOn.

I first started with PlasmaJet and had an almost instantaneous pump just from 2 warm up sets! So after consistent pumps with that I decided to try your SizeOn and after 2 weeks into it lifts have gone up and increased endurance. Even while I'm dieting for my first competition in June. I have been using the IntraPro for about a week and I’ve got to say that it is the best tasting protein drink I’ve ever had. I had a few, ranging from the cheap stuff at Wal-Mart to some of the more expensive brands at GNC and IntraPro is the best tasting by far. I like it mainly because I can mix it with water and it still taste delicious. No kidding it really is good. I am glad I tried it and will continue to use it during my body transformation.

There are a multitude of whey protein powders out there to choose from but I thought I'd stop in The Vitamin Shoppe and see what was maybe more effective and enjoyable than Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey. I found Gaspari Nutrition's IntraPro and I love it! The texture, the taste and the science that went into this product is all top notch!

I used this product to train for my first show, The Midwest Ironman, where I took first place in the Mens Open Middleweight and qualified for Nationals in November. If it wasn’t for SuperPump 250 I don’t know if I would have made it through the final workouts when I had no carbs in me.

I am a 29 year old car salesmen. In my before picture, I was depressed, drinking 5 or 6 nights a week, eating like a pig and working out sporadically. I decided to make a change in my habits, and started looking at getting some supplements.

I had used "cracked out" fat burners in the past, and they left me irritable, physically drained, and feeling like garbage. I lost as much muscle as I did fat, and my adrenal system was so shot that I couldn't wake up in the morning. I first looked into Gaspari products when I saw a magazine ad for Cytolean. A new gym, "Best Fitness", opened in my area, and I joined. I started taking Cytolean January 2nd which is when I took my before photo. From my first dose, I knew it was different than the things I had tried before. It killed my hunger completely, put a boost in my workout and left me feeling like myself.

After a quick 30 days, my clothes were fitting better, and I was down 13 lbs. I decided to get another 30 day supply of Cytolean, and add IntraPro to my diet to make sure I was getting enough protein. The taste is great, my favorite flavor has to be the Double Chocolate. I take 2 scoops for breakfast or after my morning cardio, and again after my evening lifting or before bed. My before bed shake I use 1 heaping scoop IntraPro, a 1/4 cup of low-fat cottage cheese, water and ice in the blender. I feel the IntraPro kept my appetite satisfied in the morning until lunch, and helped my muscles recover post workout and while I was asleep.

After focusing on fat loss for 2 months, I decided to take March to put on some muscle and take a break from Cytolean. I started taking Novedex XT at night with my IntraPro shake, and Size-On during my weight-lifting sessions. I assumed at this point as well that I would put on a couple pounds of fat, and figured I'd get back to focusing on fat burning April 1st. Well... I was simply ASTOUNDED when I dropped 10 more lbs. in the month of March while trying to GAIN weight! My name is Cavino Johnson and I am from Atlanta, GA. For a little over a year now, I have been competitively training in bodybuilding.

Nearly 4 1/2 years ago I was diagnosed with throat cancer, which could have taken away my voice box had I not gone through treatment.
