Professional volleyball player and newly signed Team Gaspari athlete Agnieszka Pregowska has teamed up Brian Blue from All Star Sports Academy in Toms River, NJ to participate in an eight week transformation. The program is designed to not only improve her physical performance but also transform her body as well. It consists of a three day rotation of strength, agility and endurance workouts to improve all aspects of fitness without the risk of overtraining. Brian will change the workouts periodically to prevent any stagnation in results. For week one, the first day is a lower body strength and power workout, day two is an upper body strength and agility workout, and day three is a metabolic conditioning and endurance workout.
