There's a reason this is called the ultimate pre-workout intensity muscle builder and it was just too good to hide behind a proprietary blend. You want get bigger? You want to train harder? You want to recover faster? SuperPump 3.0 is the answer.

A Look At the Ingredients

SUPERPUMP® 3.0

THE ULTIMATE PRE-WORKOUT INTENSITY MUSCLE BUILDER†*

INOSITOL ARGININE SILICATE (AS NITROSIGINE®)

Real innovation these days is hard to come by but fortunately Gaspari R&D was able to get their hands on this revolutionary form of clinically studied patented arginine called inositol arginine silicate (aka Nitrosigine). By itself, arginine has a poor bioavailability when taken orally due to enzymes called arginases which break it down. By attaching inositol and silicon to the molecule, it’s able to avoid a high degree of degradation and increase blood vessel relaxation 5x greater than arginine hcl and increase blood flow almost 2x greater in animal models.

A little known facts to most athletes is that the mineral silicon serves an important role in your cardiovascular system as a host of other benefits throughout the body. Silicon has been shown to a be a critical component to arterial wall strength and integrity. In the case of Nitrosigine, the silicon component helps increase blood levels greatly which may assist increased blood flow observed when taking pre-training.

Additionally, human trials have looked at the effects of Nitrosigine on proteomics. The study found that Nitrosigine positively affected certain proteins that are associated with cardiovascular health, including vasodilation. This powerful ingredients helps drive the “pump” in SuperPump to levels never seen before and in ways which were once thought not possible.

AGMATINE SULPHATE

This novel arginine derivative was specifically spec’d into the SuperPump 3.0 by Rich Gaspari himself. These reason being, its elicits extremely strong pumps. It works by binding to the alpha2-adrenergic and imidazole receptors of endothelial cells increasing nitric oxide (NO) production which may assist in volumizing blood vessels. Agmatine has become one of the must have “pump agents” in many pre-workouts. However, it is also extremely expensive but Rich is a man of his word and wants to put out solid products which is why we use 500 mg per serving.

BETA-ALANINE (AS CARNOSYN®)

One great thing about Gaspari Nutrition is that we listen to our customers. We surveyed a group from Gaspari Nation and overwhelmingly 80% of them said they wanted beta-alanine in a pre-workout from us. You really can’t argue with that or the science, so we added a whopping dose of beta-alanine to every scoop of SuperPump 3.0. The science is very clear. Beta-alanine helps increase the buffering capacity of working muscle, fights off acidosis, delays fatigue, and increases endurance capacity. Why wouldn’t you want an effective dose of beta-alanine in your pre-workout? You asked, and we listened.

BRANCH CHAIN AMINO ACIDS

BCAA’s are by far some of the best ingredients athletes have available to them to increase recovery support lean body mass, and limit delayed onset muscular soreness. Free form BCAA’s are proven to increase recovery levels when taken prior to training. We included clinically studied levels of them in our formula and to help reduce potential catabolism and soreness as you push yourself through your grueling workouts. Recovery is paramount to optimal performance and we are one of the few brands using hefty doses of BCAA’s in our pre-workout because you demanded it.

CREATINE MONOHYDRATE (AS CREAPURE®)

Over the years, how many forms of creative have we seen touted as the next big thing? The reality is, none of them have the amount of research supporting their use in athletes and bodybuilders as Creapure creatine monohydrate. We use this in SuperPump 3.0 specifically to help increase strength and power. Creatine monohydrate supports this by increasing phosphocreatine levels in skeletal muscle. When phosphocreatine stores are increased it allows for more ADP to be regenerated into ATP which supplies energy to working muscle for exercise and power. Creapure has stood the test of time for a reason. It’s one of the most safe and effective ergogenic aides ever created.

CHOLINE (AS BITARTRATE)

Choline itself has a wealth of health and wellness benefits but we use it in SuperPump 3.0 for a few key reasons. Acetylcholine is an important neurotransmitter involved numerous process involving exercise but one of the most important is that is involved in skeletal muscle innervation and muscle control. The second important factor is also related to acetylcholine fatigue and increase vigor during strenuous exercise. In the SuperPump 3.0 formula, it helps create a balanced stimulant “feel” so you can train harder and longer.

PIPER NIGRUM EXTRACT (AS BIOPERINE®)

When coming up with such an advanced formula, we wanted to make sure many of the natural components have optimal absorption. Bioperine is the “must have” bioavailability enhancer in the supplement world and we use the clinically researched dose in every scoop of SuperPump. It’s a highly potent extract of Piper nigrum which is standardized for a component called piperine.

This revolutionary compound enhances bioavailability this by interacting with the ultrastructure of intestinal brush border and stimulating digestive enzymes. In various animal models piperine has been shown to enhance the bioavailability of branch chain amino acids and vitamin B6.

CAFFEINE

Caffeine has been scientifically shown to enhance energy and thermogenesis. Clinical research has also shown it enhances athletic activity which supports its use in many sports nutrition pre-workout products. Newer research has demonstrated that caffeine not only supports high output exercise but also endurance. SuperPump 3.0 uses the widely studied anhydrous form of caffeine which many research studies have utilized when testing performance in athletes. Since SuperPump is designed for athletes and bodybuilders from all walks of life, it was the perfect fit for this masterful formula.
