Spartan Race Aug. 23, 2012

I was registered for my first spartan race. I was nervous as anything. Surrounded by some 5000+, I knew I was in for some nasty obstacles ahead. Every racer was given a Gaspari Bag due to their generous sponsorship of the event. In the bag was a free sample of SuperPUMP MAX and Aminolast. Prior to the race, I mixed the two products together and gulpped down the mix. I was instantly rushed with energy and excitement for the race. As I felt my blood racing through my veins, I stood at the starting line focused and ready. Boom goes the gun and we are off like rabbits. Tackling the course with all the efforts I have, never once did I feel fatigued. I continued to push and push far into the 3.5 mile course. Climbing a 15 foot rope, scaling an 8 foot wall, army crawling under barb wire, never once did I lose my edge. As I completed the monsterous course, I could not believe how well I did. With a time of 58:01, my time ranked me 14th out of ALL competitors in my 20-24 age group. I am still shocked to this day. I can dearly say that Gaspari's SuperPump MAX and AMinolast DEFINITELY gave me that push to achieve such great results. Great Job Gaspari, and thank you!
