Athlete Background

How long have you been into your sport? >

Since I can remember I was always in to weight lifting especially because I was always playing soccer and track and field.

How did you get started? >

When I moved back from Colombia to United States as a teenager I realized it was possible to look like all those guys I see on TV and magazines so I signed up to a gym nearby.

why do you train? >

Because I really enjoy it and it's the best part of my day!!

what motivates you? >

The changes and the challenge of the sport. Plus it's a good way to lead by example to others and especially to my daughter.

What are your goals? >

I'd like to say make a dream come true which was becoming an IFBB Pro Bodybuilder.

What are your core principles behind your approach to this sport? >

Having structure in your life.

what advice would you give someone? >

NUTRITION and SUPPLEMENTATION!!! one of my biggest mistake in the beginning was not paying attention to those.

Sample Off-Season Diet >

- Anavite and 10g of Aminolast
- 8oz of stake cup of oats with one scoop of MyoFusion Elite Protein
- 7oz chicken 2 cups of rice and a piece of fruit
- 7oz chicken 12oz bake potato
- preworkout 2 servings of SuperDrive 75g of GlycoFuse and 15g of Aminolast
- postworkout 2 scoops of IsoFusion and 30mins later 100g of GlycoFuse
- 8oz of beef 12 of sweet potato
- 6 egg whites and half cup of oats with 2 scoops of MyoFusion Elite Protein

Sample Off-Season Training >

My workouts are usually high-intensity and I keep my reps high as well, usually between 12 to 20 reps and sometimes I go all the way up to 30 reps on some body parts

Sample Contest Diet >

Similar to Off-Season Diet except that I start removing fruits and adjust my carbs. GlycoFuse stays in the diet until contest time or I remove it on the preworkout. I add Detonate XT in the morning and Glutamine to my preworkout and my morning supplements.

Sample Contest Training >

It’s usually the same as my Off-Season Training wihch is high-intensity and high reps because I just don’t feel the need to change my workouts
