How did you get started? >
After college wrestling I was eager to keep competing and excelling.
why do you train? >
I train because it's what I have been doing for years and will continue for as long as my body allows me to.
what motivates you? >
What are your goals? >
To continue to be the UFC champion and to hold 2 UFC belts from 2 different weight classes.
What are your core principles behind your approach to this sport? >
I feel I am one of the hardest working fighters in the sport. It has paid off thus far.

Believe in yourself, be dedicated and train among the best of the best.
