I just returned back from an amazing event and show in Denmark called the Loaded cup. i was asked to guest pose at this show 3 years ago, and for what ever reason (i never asked) it ended up being the last- until this year!!!!
2012 embarked the return and that said they wanted to come out with a bang...... so they invited some myself, Mr Olympia Phil Heath along with Larrissa Rees and the Legend Dennis James. The show was a two day event and very much two different crowds.
How it was run- On the Saturday was the main show meaning all weight classes as per regular show then on the Sunday it was mainly first timers or novices when i say there was two different crowds i wasnt lieing, the sat people were nuts!!!! Seriously mr olympia nuts shouting banging whislting it was amazing no lie, then sunday i think there was alot of people first time to bodybuilding like the moms and dads so needless to say i think they didnt know weather to shout or stay quiet.. lol
All in all hanging out with phil and Dennis is a highlight in itself Dennis has always taken me under his wing and he his one the funniest guys i know in the industry along with phil we all had a blast even has a few sneeky drinks in before we went our seperate ways....

I will see all the guys in 3 weeks in FIBO as this year all the superstars will be there.
-Next week im in Nashville having been invited to part take in the TNA Wrestling show thats in town, what roll i will have i dont know so who knows all i do know is Flexy aint scared of nothing even if they all are 6ft or 7ft oh sheeeeeeeeeet!
